7th Grade Vaccines - incoming 7th graders must have updated immunization records before the start of the 2026-2027 school year
Action Plans and Authorizations - if your student requires medicat action plans, medication authorizations, please plan summer doctor visits so forms can be completed and turned in at the beginning of the school year
